My Profile & Settings

Go to user icon or your profile picture in top right corner and select "My profile" then select "Edit Profile" on the profile page. Be sure to click the “Update” link at the bottom of each page after you make a change.

Go to user icon or your profile picture in top right corner and select "My profile" then select "My settings" on the profile page. Then click “change email”. Be sure to click the “Save” link at the bottom of each page after you make a change.

Go to user icon or your profile picture in top right corner and select "My profile" then select "My settings" on the profile page. Then click “Change password”. Be sure to click the “Save” link at the bottom of each page after you make a change.

Go to user icon or your profile picture in top right corner and select "My profile" then select "My settings" on the profile page. Then click “Privacy”. Be sure to click the “Save” link at the bottom of each page after you make a change.

Cancel or Deactivate
Go to user icon or your profile picture in top right corner and select "My profile" then select "My settings" on the profile page. Then click “Cancel account”.

Permanently Delete
Please contact us using the contact us page if you wish to permanently delete your account and related data.

If your password is not working:

We suggest copying and pasting your password. Please be sure that your browser's cookie settings are no higher than medium-high. Also, try emptying your browser's cookies and temporary files.

If none of these solutions work, or if you simply forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking here You will be prompted to enter the email address you listed with us. After this step, you will receive an e-mail containing a link that will reset your password. Click on it and type in a new password.

To reactivate your profile account, just log into the site and enter your username and password. After that it will give you the option to reactivate your account.
